Re: My Eyes, MY EYES!!! How Do You Cure Swollen Eyes After a Good Cry?

when i cry, my eyes tend to stay swollen for 2-3 days! i look like i have been hit by a bus. people continually ask what's wrong when i don't want to discuss it. i have found that immediately after the cry that splashing my face/eyes with cold water for a few minutes, cold compresses, but especially ice for atleast 15 minutes really reduces the amount and length of swelling.
