Well, definitly in THAT picture, his toes were not on the ground. Although if you would look at the split second after this particular photo, you might see a completely different picture. IF the officials went into the booth and came out saying that his toes were in, It's probably a good bet that his toes were in. But there's always gonna be controversy, especially when your the best team in the history of the Super Bowl (6 rings and all).
