OK, first of all, you have to check out the new iPod nano - now it comes with an FM tuner!  I have been waiting FOREVER for this!  Now we can listen to Q100 anywhere we go!  The absolute best part is this Live Pause thing... you can pause  the live radio feed so you never miss a minute of hit music.  Plus Live Pause lets you rewind as far back as 15 minutes - that means you can replay parts of The Bert Show, listen to your fav song all over again OR replay that clue from the Q100 $10,000 Free Money Fugitive until you figure out who they are! ;)  And they're sooooo cute!  They come in 9 cute colors - check them all out at Apple.com! And OH!  Did I mention the new iPod nano has a built in video recorder & mic (how cool is that?!), so you can record videos and email them to your friends OR upload them to the internet!

Then there's the iPod touch... it's the new it-item for playing games! With the built-in Wi-Fi and multiplayer games you can play against your friends across the room or across the globe!  Plus, with over 75,000 games and apps available there's always something new and fun to play! Need internet when you're on the go?  The iPod touch is like a little pocket computer!  You can surf the net, email, and get directions from ANYWHERE there’s a Wi-Fi connection. I am ALWAYS getting lost, but not anymore!  I get turn-by-turn directions to wherever I'm headed!  You know how I'm always on Facebook and Twitter?  With the touch you can update your status with just a tap!  And of course it's still a great iPod, it holds up to 14,000 songs plus up to 80 hours of video so you'll never run out of great things to watch or listen to!  And check it out - the iPod touch is now under 200 bucks so it's afforable for everyone!

I think theiPod shuffle kind of gets a bad rap.  You didn't used to be able to see what song you were playing, but now, with Voiceover, you can hear the title and artist of the song, even your playlist names at the touch of a button.  It's great to take on the go when I went to the gym or just on a ride.  It's still the world's smallest music player, and still perfect when you're headed to the gym, out jogging, or anything where you don't want to have anything bulky to worry about.  They're just $59 so there's no reason you can't have one (or more than one).  Plus you can buy a shuffle that suits your style.  What color will you choose?

Check out ALL the cool new iPods at Apple.com, then send me a picture of you with yours!

Q100 on itouch?

Hi Brittany,

I am wondering if you can use itouch to listen Q100? If you know how, please let me know. I worked in Edible arrangements, I used to hear Q100 every morning. I love you all, you are all so funny. I was on 6 weeks holiday, when I went back to work, they changed the radio channel and I cannot hear Q100 anymore. I have i touch, if you know how to listen on itouch, that will be great, I can bring my itouch and listen to Q100 every morning.
Thanks.

About Brittany

Hey, I'm Brittany!  I'm "that girl that comes on after The Bert Show" or alternately "that girl I won a prize from!" when I run into you on the street or at a Q100 event.  I live in the Virginia Highlands, and you'll find me eating at Harry & Sons sushi, walking my dogs in the park, or catching some great improv at Dad's Garage.  I've got all of the best brunch recommendations in town, just ask!

I'm also pretty good at naming songs by the lyrics, so if you can't figure out what that song is that's stuck in your head, give me a call between 10am and 3pm and I can probably tell you.  I also just like to hear from people who are listening throughout the day, so call the request line, 404-741-Q100 and tell me where you're listening at work!  You can follow me on Twitter as @Q100Brittany
